Forbes Travel Guide has announced its 2026 Star Awards, with six properties under Capella Hotel Group recognised at the highest Five-Star level. Heritage shikumen hotel Capella Shanghai now joins Capella Singapore, Bangkok, and Hanoi as well as Patina Maldives, Fari Islands as Five-Star properties. Capella at Galaxy Macau, the brand's newest addition which opened on 10 February, also earned a Five-Star rating in its debut recognition - an exceptional achievement for a pre-opening property.
